A car passenger in Baku found with 10 kg of marijuana

A large amount of drugs was found on a previously convicted man in Baku. The Ministry of Internal Affairs told Report that Vasif Ismayilov (born 1991) was detained during an operation conducted in the capital’s Yasamal district.

During a search of the car in which he was a passenger, police found 10 kg 65 grams of marijuana. Ismailov admitted purchasing the drugs from an Iranian citizen, whose identity is being established, and intended to sell them in parts.

A criminal case has been opened.
