Heydar Eyvazov, Tamerlan Akhundzade, Zaur Gashimov, Farrukh Hagverdiyev, and Fariz Maharramov, employees of the Main Customs Department of Maritime Transport and Energy Resources of the State Customs Committee, have been detained, oxu.az reports. The court has ordered their pretrial detention.
They have been charged under Articles 206.4, 213-1.2.2, 213-1.2.3, and 308.2 (abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
