During January–November 2025, the total value of 8 tons 334 kg 712.932 grams of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances removed from illegal circulation is estimated at AZN 219 million 573 thousand, APA reports, citing the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking.
According to the information, 5,117 people were brought to criminal liability in connection with the illegal trafficking of narcotics, of whom 4,961 were men, and 156 were women.
