A series of thefts occurred in the Khatai district of Baku, Oxu.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). Victims reported to the police about the theft of household items from their homes.
As a result of law enforcement efforts, B. Bayramov, a previously convicted felon, was detained as a suspect in these crimes. During the arrest, the suspect was also found in possession of the psychotropic substance methamphetamine.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
