The trial of a person accused of fraud involving one million manat continues

The trial of Zamig Khankishiyev, accused of embezzling citizens’ funds on an especially large scale, continues at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.

According to Oxu.Az, the defendant’s free testimony was heard at a hearing chaired by Judge Elnur Nuriyev of the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.

Z. Khankishiyev is charged under Article 178.4 (large-scale fraud) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. However, he pleaded not guilty in court.
