In accordance with the requirements of the Extradition Convention of December 13, 1957, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine granted the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office to extradite Nariman Iskandarov, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Oxu.Az, this was announced by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
It is noted that in the criminal case, for which the preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Main Directorate for Combating Cybercrime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reasonable suspicions have been established that Nariman Iskandarov, acting as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy and using electronic storage media, committed theft, causing significant damage.
For this reason, a decision was made to charge N. Iskandarov, and since he has absconded from the investigation, an international search has been issued for him.
At present, the relevant measures for its delivery to our country are ongoing.
