Oxu.Az reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), that 34 individuals wanted by the police were detained in Azerbaijan over the past 24 hours. Among them, 17 were wanted for debt.
It is noted that on March 21, police officers solved 24 crimes registered in the country. They also uncovered six cases of drug trafficking and seven cases of illegal possession and seizure of weapons and ammunition. Seventeen individuals were detained on suspicion of committing these crimes.
As a result of these operations, four individuals previously reported missing after leaving their homes without notifying family members were found.
Furthermore, during the operational activities on March 21, three individuals wanted on charges of fraud were detained and handed over to the investigation.
