Individuals involved in the illegal transportation and storage of narcotics have been detained in Shabran, Oxu.Az reports, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the operation, 30-year-old Kanan Jabrayilov and 36-year-old Anar Maharramov, both residents of the Khachmaz district, were detained. A total of 7.6 kg of marijuana, heroin, and hashish resin were found and seized from them.
A criminal case has been opened, and the court has ordered pretrial detention for both individuals.
