A verdict has been issued in the criminal case against Vagif Mammadov, the truck driver responsible for a serious road traffic accident that claimed the lives of three people.
According to Oxu.az, the defendant was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison, with a 4-year driving ban. Mammadov was arrested in the courtroom.
During the trial, the state prosecutor requested an 8-year prison sentence, with a 5-year driving ban.
