{"id":13723,"date":"2017-01-31T14:46:35","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T10:46:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iolr.org\/?p=13723"},"modified":"2017-01-31T16:47:52","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T12:47:52","slug":"sentenced-for-fraud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iolr.org\/?p=13723&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Sentenced for fraud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">On 31 January 2017 in Baku Court on Grave Crime completed criminal case in respect of 31 years old Elchin Mammadov whoc has accused in fraud, haqqin.az reports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Young guy represented himself to his victims as a high ranking official of SOCAR, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and had promised for some money to place in a job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">There are more than 10 victims in the case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The victims of the fraudster were taxi drivers, who wish to have a jobof driver in SOCAR. He took money of E. Guluzade, K. Shihaliyev, Z.
