The preliminary investigation into the criminal case of the former Minister of Health Ali Insanov, who was under arrest, was completed.<\/span><\/p>\n According to APA cited his lawyer Togrul Babayev that the criminal case was sent to the Garadagh District Court. In 2007, with decision of the Baku Court for Grave Crimes A.
