Mustafayev had had sexual intercourse with a minor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R. Mustafayev was charged as an accused under Article 152.1 of the Criminal Code, on April 23, 2021, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him, he was put on the wanted list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">On August 24, 2021, R.
