The verdict was announced at a trial chaired by the judge of the Lankaran Court for Grave Crimes Ilkin Abdullayev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dissatisfied with this judgement, the convict filed an appeal. At present, the complaint is being considered in the Shirvan Court of Appeal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The incident occurred on July 30, 2021 in the Bilasuvar region. S. Yagubov stabbed his acquaintance, a resident of the Jabrayil region, police sergeant Gurban Gurbanov during a conflict that arose between them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">On this fact, the prosecutor&#8217;s office of the Jabrayil region initiated a criminal case under articles 29, 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">S.
