The case was referred to Judge Azer Pashayev. The time of the preliminary court hearing is not yet known.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nadzhimatdinov is accused of fraudulently appropriating someone else&#8217;s property and causing material damage on a large scale.
