He was detained on April 11 by officers of the Narimanov district police department based on complaints from citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A number of residents of the capital claim that E. Dzhebrailov committed fraud against them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Currently, the Investigation Department of the Narimanov District Police Department has initiated a criminal case under Article 178.3.2 (fraud committed with causing large damage) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The district court will make a decision today regarding E.
