The Court remains unchanged and the Grand Chamber has not accepted complaint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">Decision of the European court on the case of Rahimova N.A. was not executed; her second petition waits for the right moment to be recognized inadmissible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">As analysts say, a decision in favor of Rahimova was taken for the report.
