The Court should be more responsible in approaching to the complaints of Azerbaijan citizens and to avoid actions that cast doubt on its high status and authority, said the participants of \u201cround table\u201d held in Baku that organized by \u201cthe Public Chamber\u201d, a civil movement for democracy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201cZerkalo\u201d newspaper writes that a reason for criticism of the ECHR became delaying in consideration of cases on Azerbaijan, the mass refusal to accept applications for consideration. In particular, the fact is when 10\u00a0May, 2012 at the same time it has been rejected 50 complaints. <\/span><\/p>\n

A special criticism was subjected to a judge Linos Sicilianos from the Cyprus who knowing neither the Azerbaijani nor the Russian language has managed to consider one day more than 50 complaints which consisting of several tens of thousands of pages. According to the lawyer Avez Temirkhan it has not been here done without bribes from the Azerbaijan government.<\/span><\/p>\n
