The decision was made as part of the proceedings on a suit that had been filed last year by family members of 47 victims of the terrorist attack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">It is relatively clear with \u201cAl Qaeda\u201d and \u201cTaliban\u201d, but why is Iran?
