On September 11, 2024, the Sabail District Court of Baku held a hearing on the case of J. Dunyamaliyev, accused under Articles 271.3 (illegal access to a computer system), 272.3 (illegal seizure of computer information) and 273-1.4.2 (illegal interference with a computer system or computer information) of the Criminal Code.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The court extended the suspect&#8217;s arrest for 2 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It is noted that a group of hackers led by J. Dunyamalyev illegally gained access to the databases e-health.gov.az, miq.edu.az and others, took possession of the personal data of Azerbaijani citizens and transferred them to special servers at their disposal.
