The investigation of the case, in which T. Bejanov is a defendant, was conducted in the Khatai District Police Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">He was charged under Article 178.2.4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (fraud causing significant damage).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">T. Bejanov was detained in the territory of the Russian Federation, after which the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Azerbaijan sent an extradition request, which was satisfied by the Russian side.
