The case was transferred to Judge Aygun Gurbanova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The investigation of the criminal case was conducted by the State Security Service of Azerbaijan. The defendant Svetlichny Ivan Nikolaevich, a citizen of Azerbaijan, is suspected of intentional treason in the form of espionage to the detriment of state security, sovereignty and defense capability, as well as carrying out assignments of foreign intelligence services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The specific criminal acts he is accused of committing will be listed at the next trial when the indictment is announced.
