As <a href=\"https:\/\/report.az\/ru\/proisshestviya\/rukovoditel-sajta-arqument-az-arestovan\/\">Report<\/a> informs, the decision was made in Khatai District Court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Shamshad Aga, who was charged with smuggling, has been arrested for 2 months and 1 day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Some time ago, law enforcement agencies detained Meydan TV employees \u2013 Ramin Jebrailzade (Ramin Deko), Aynur Gambarova (Elgunesh), Aytaj Akhmedova (Tapdyg), Aysel Umudova, Khayala Agayeva, Natig Javadli and Ulvi Tahirov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">They have been charged under Article 206.3.2 (smuggling committed by a group of persons by prior agreement) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Head of Arqument.az website Shamshad Aga, previously detained in connection with Meydan TV case, has been arrested.
