This was reported to <a href=\"https:\/\/report.az\/ru\/proisshestviya\/v-astare-u-narkokurera-izyato-8-kg-geroina\/\">Report<\/a> by the Lankaran regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">As a result of operational activities carried out by employees of the Astara district police department, the sale of a large batch of narcotics smuggled into Azerbaijan was prevented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">During the activities, previously convicted 44-year-old Mirtaleh Agayev was detained, who was found to have 8 kg of heroin. During the investigation, it was established that M.
