During the trial in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes chaired by Judge Elnur Nuriyev, the defendant&#8217;s personal data was clarified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The defendant&#8217;s lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova petitioned the court to replace the preventive measure chosen for B. Samedov in the form of arrest with house arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">After deliberation, the court did not grant the lawyer&#8217;s petition and decided to transfer the criminal case to court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The trial is scheduled for March 7, 2025. The court noted that subsequent trials in the case will be closed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bakhruz Samedov was detained in August last year during an operation carried out by the State Security Service (SGB).
