Sh. Aliyev took the drugs from a hiding place in the village of Akhmedli in the Beylagan district and was detained as a result of joint operational and investigative activities conducted by the State Security Service and the State Border Service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">During the inspection, marijuana weighing more than 30 kg was found and seized from him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sh. Aliyev was brought to criminal responsibility under Articles 206.3.2, 234.4.1 and 234.4.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and by a court decision, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Investigative and operational activities are currently ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The State Security Service (SSS) and the State Border Service (SBS) conducted a joint operation to detain a drug courier.
