According to the sentence, Article 70 of the Criminal Code (Suspended Sentence) was applied to them. Thus, the defendants were given a suspended sentence with a probationary period of 2 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">According to the charges, they tried to smuggle gold jewelry weighing about 1 kg worth more than 100 thousand manats into Azerbaijan.
