{"id":40500,"date":"2025-07-23T14:06:12","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T10:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iolr.org\/?p=40500"},"modified":"2025-07-23T16:07:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T12:07:36","slug":"a-citizen-of-kazakhstan-arrested-in-azerbaijan-has-been-extradited-to-his-country","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iolr.org\/?p=40500&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"A citizen of Kazakhstan arrested in Azerbaijan has been extradited to his country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A citizen of Kazakhstan arrested in Azerbaijan has been extradited to his country, <a href=\"https:\/\/oxu.az\/ru\/kriminal\/arestovannyj-v-azerbajdzhane-grazhdanin-kazahstana-ekstradirovan-v-svoyu-stranu\">Oxu.Az<\/a> reports, citing information released by the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Azerbaijan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The report notes that the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) has satisfied the request of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Kazakhstan to extradite a citizen of this country, Daryn Alislamovich Suyunov (born in 1999), to bring him to criminal responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In January of this year, Suyunov, who had previously been put on the international wanted list on suspicion of committing robbery in Kazakhstan as part of a group of persons by prior conspiracy, kidnapping, premeditated murder and theft, was detained in Azerbaijan. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him and a decision was made to extradite him to Kazakhstan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Suyunov was handed over to the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A citizen of Kazakhstan arrested in Azerbaijan has been extradited to his country, Oxu.Az reports, citing information released by the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Azerbaijan.
