This was reported to <a href=\"https:\/\/oxu.az\/ru\/politika\/azerbajdzhan-ekstradiroval-razyskivaemogo-grazhdanina-uzbekistana\">Oxu.Az<\/a> by the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Azerbaijan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">According to the information, Amonbek Abdulhakovich Yusupov (born in 1982) was extradited at the request of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office of Uzbekistan. In his homeland, he is accused of committing a crime related to the humiliation of the honor and dignity of the president, in connection with which he was on the interstate wanted list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Yusupov was detained in Azerbaijan in April of this year. A preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Based on the Convention &#171;On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Cases&#187; of October 7, 2002, a decision was made on extradition.
