The Sabail District Court made a decision based on the investigator\u2019s petition and the submission of the prosecutor who is carrying out procedural management of the preliminary investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The court, taking into account the need to collect additional evidence in the case, decided to extend the period of pretrial detention for Nijat Huseynov for another 2 months.
