Thus, the driver contacted the police, stating that his Hyundai, left at the car wash, was stolen by unknown persons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">During the operational and investigative activities carried out by the officers of the 24th police station of the Nizami District Police Department, two suspects were detained &#8212; previously convicted 25-year-old Elshan Huseynov and 23-year-old Sayyad Mehdizade, who acted by prior conspiracy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It was established that car wash employees E. Huseynov and S. Mehdizade, having received a car for washing, stole it, and then tried to cover up the crime by dismantling the car for spare parts and selling them. However, without completing the matter, the criminals abandoned the vehicle on the side of the road and disappeared.
