Hajiyev the offense is committed by Ali Kerimli, the successor of Elchibey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">The objectives of initiating of criminal case are clear. But the prosecutor\u2019s logic is unclear. If Elchibey was killed by poisoning, why has case initated under paragraph \u201cattempt on the president life\u201d? And why has case initiated under paragraph \u201cwithout aggravating circumstances\u201d?
