During the latest cyber police operation, two more suspects in these criminal activities were detained \u2013 35-year-old Ulvi Rzayev and 26-year-old Rza Rzayev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The investigation revealed that these individuals contacted foreign websites hosting illegal gambling and created virtual cash registers. They then registered on social media as Tokyo, Lasvegas, Tac, Joker, and Padi\u015fah Casino. The criminals paid people who contacted them to participate in online gambling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">During a search of the apartments of those detained in various districts of the capital, bank cards and mobile numbers used to run illegal casinos were discovered.
