Musayeva reached a settlement with the victim, U. Guliyeva. The accused agreed to repay 610,000 manats in stages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Due to the agreement, investigative authorities deemed further detention unnecessary. Musayeva was released from the pretrial detention facility under police supervision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">It is noted that several months ago, M. Musayeva was arrested on charges of large-scale fraud.
