During the inspection was found that Balboshin\u2019s spouse is a director of \u201cSputnik\u201d company, which deals with parking, maintenance and repair of vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\" lang=\"EN-US\">Balboshin did not notify the authorities about the possibility of a conflict of interest on the position, which is contrary to the law \u201cOn Combating Corruption\u201d.
