The Main Directorate for Combat to Corruption under Prosecutor’s General was considered information received by “hot line” concerning collecting money in Ganja Musical College from the students for reception of good marks.
APA reports with reference to the press-service of the Prosecutor’s General Office, in result of conducted operation investigative actions there was established that since 2016 former Director G. Mirzoyeva and her deputy F. Gafarzade have required from the students and their relatives 2000 manats for good passing exams. The criminal case was instituted on this fact.
These persons were brought accusations under Articles 311.3.1 (on preliminary arrangement by group of persons or organized group) and 311.3.2 (repeatedly) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic. With decision of Nasimi District Court of Ganja they were removed from taken positions.
There has been conducted investigative actions.
