On April 9, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev traveled to the city of Ganja. APA reports that the head of state visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev, installed in the center of the city of Ganja, and laid flowers at it. During the trip, the President got acquainted with the construction of the Ecological Park Complex in the city of Ganja. The complex, which will be distinguished by its uniqueness, will create all the necessary conditions for the convenience of people and more efficient spending of their leisure time. It includes a two-story greenhouse building with an area of 1285 square meters. The main part of the building is assembled from reinforced concrete, metal and stained glass structures. The complex, which will have an original design, will create all conditions for the convenience of tourists. Various types of rare flowers, shrubs, and tree seedlings will be grown here at all times of the year. For this purpose, special ventilation systems are installed inside the greenhouse building, which will ensure the normal development of plants. Currently, 7 types of trees, 16 types of flowers, 8 types of shrubs, 9 types of cacti are planted in the building. Then, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took part in the opening of the Ganja Sports Palace and laid the foundation of the Ganja City Stadium.

A person was detained who, through cyber fraud, stole 93 thousand manats from bank cards and transferred them to an electronic account, APA reports with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 22,760 manats were stolen from the bank card of a resident of the capital.

Police officers detained Emin Bashirov, born in 1992. It was established that he transferred funds from bank cards of other persons using various methods.

The Baku Grave Crimes Court arrested in the courtroom Rufan Gasimov, Javid Aliyev, Orkhan Hasanov and Namiga Bayramov, who are suspected of fraud of 800 thousand manats, Report informs. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Judge Ali Mammadov.

Prior to this, a preventive measure was taken against these persons in the form of transfer to police supervision. However, the representative of the victim, Parvin Masimov, made a petition and asked to change the preventive measure to detention, since the accused did not compensate for the damage caused. The victims in the case are the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBİB), the Ministry of Health, JSC “Amelioration and Water Management of Azerbaijan”, Novruz Alimirzayev and Rashad Akhmedov.
