According to E. Sultanov, a head of press-service of the General Prosecutor’s office, this body is conducting appropriate investigation in connection with institution of new criminal case in respect of Ali Insanov, a former Minister of health, haqqin.az reports.
According to haqqin.az, Prosecutor’s office of Garadag District has brought accusation against A. Insanov, a former minister of health, under three articles of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
He is accused under article 234.1 (illegal purchase or storage without sale purpose of narcotic or psychotropic substances in amount that exceeds an individual use), 315.2 (application of force that danger for a life or health in respect of representative of power) and 317.2.1 (production, concealment, transportation or use… forbidden items…) of Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
