Former head of executive authority arrested

Baku Court of Grave Crimes on Wednesday passed a decision on the arrest of Rafig Alishov, the former head of the Gobustan district executive authority, haqqin.az reports.

R. Alishov was arrested in the court room under the verdict. The next hearing on Alishov’s case will be held on Dec.18, 2015

He faces charges under the Criminal Code’s article 178.3.2 (the acquisition of another property or buying another’s property rights by deception or abuse of trust with causing damage in large size).
