Police detain one of those suspected of stealing AZN 500,000 from university

Police detained one of those suspected of stealing a safe containing 500,000 manats from Odlar Yurdu University in Baku Jan.9, 2016.

Subhan Alakbarov, 25, is a member of a gang of four persons who are suspected of stealing a large amount of money from the university, Baku’s Narimanov district police department told APA.

The police said measures are underway to detain the other three suspects.
