Murder in Salyan

A resident of Salyan town, who was released from a prison 15 days ago,  has been hacked to death by his neighbour, haqqin.az reports.

According to information, an incident happened in evening on 5 September 2016. Living with his sister 41 years old Elchin Babayev arranged a feast with his neighbour Seymur Seyranoglu, who suffered drug addict.

The sister of E. Bababyev being came back home from a market, saw him dead. S. Seyranoglu was detained by the police as suspected in murder. Under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of Criminal Code, a criminal case has been instituted by Prosecutor’s office.
