Narcotic drug dealer caught red-handed in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan’s law enforcement bodies have caught a narcotic drug dealer red-handed while selling 9 Lyrica pills in a pharmacy in Yasamal district, Baku, the Interior Ministry told APA on Wednesday, 21 September 2016.

During the inspection, 3,200 pills of Tramadol, 112 pills of Lyrica, 1,335 pills of Pregabalin, 165 ampoules of Tradolex and 4 vials of Tropicamide Mydrax were seized from the pharmacy, where the detainee, Tural Abiyev, a resident of Azerbaijan’s Shirvan district, works.

During the preliminary interrogation, Abiyev admitted selling narcotic drugs at the pharmacy.

A criminal case has been launched on the fact.
