Cool breath of the hell

Under this allegorical title in the no. of 88 of newspaper “Zerkalo” (“Mirror”) dated on 19.05.2012 is placed the report of  Nadezhda Ismaylova about presentation in the UNS theater the novels of Maksud Ibrahimbeyov “Can not Be Appealed” and “It came woman in a black”.

As for the novel “Can not Be Appealed” which interested us with it legal name, UNS theater director Commander of the Order of the Cross of the Hungarian Republic Rector of the Baku branch of Moscow State University, Doctor of Science, Professor Nargiz Pashayeva said in her speech: “This book has everything: a pitiless death, black ingratitude, betrayal, physical and moral tortures of a totalitarian regime, aimed to humiliate the man, take away his dignity, to turn it into an animal, ideological hypocrisy and trickery, and force, beauty and the invincibility of the spirit, nature, love and lust for life, true patriotism, fidelity to friendship and duty, the tragedy and the greatness of human destiny”.

The article provides “Quoter” – “a few witty ideas and phrases” of the novel “Can not Be Appealed,” which according to N. Ismaylova “can be used in a variety of life situations”. Here is one:

“Do not be sad, dog, it will someday come a holiday in our street. Would know only where this street is?”
