State border service detains drug dealer

Azerbaijani border guards have detained an Iranian citizen while attempting to smuggle 800 grams of marijuana at the border with Iran.

Iranian citizen Jamshidi Anvar was detained as a trespasser on Feb. 7 at 09:00 while attempting to cross the frontier post in Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli district at the border with Iran, the State Border Service told APA on February 9, 2017.
