Reduced period of imprisonment to PPFA activist

On 2 March 2017 the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan reduced period of punishment of A. Yusifli, an activist of PPFA from six to five years, haqqin.az informs.

His lawyers have submitted a petition about releasing of their client, but the Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeal.

Internet portal reminds that A. Yusifli was srrested on 25 March 2014 and had accused in fraudulence and falsification of documents.
