Detained in suspicion of hooligan acts against foreigner

APA with reference to the Interior Ministry’s press service reports that two residents of the Azerbaijani city of Sumgayit, identified as Khayal Aliyev and Huseyn Abbasov, were detained in Baku on March 20 on suspicion of hooligan acts against an Iranian citizen.

An investigation is underway into the incident.
