Sabail District Judges do not want to work

According to the statistics in 2010-2012 the Judges of Sabail District Court of Baku on contrived reasons returned more complaints and appeals than had considered.

Acceptance of applications for consideration is carried out in the Sabail court  by square-cluster method: eggs should be square in a nest.
