Decisions of the European Court of corruption and arbitrariness is based on the rates of euro

Adalyat Hasanova complained the same time to the European Court of corruption and arbitrariness and the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan.

The European Court responded “promptly” and in 18 months had rejected the complaint of A. Hasanova no. 18456 as an inadmissible.

The Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, as always, a complaint of A. Hasanova delayed, but two years later it made a decision about availability in her case violations of the rights and freedoms and reversed all previous decisions in the case, and as a result A. Hasanova had achieved justice.

It turns out that the European Court is less competent on human rights issues than the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan. Or it is so mired in corruption and arbitrariness that besides the rate of euro it is nothing interested.
