New judges of Baku, Ganja, Sheki and Shirvan appeal courts have been appointed

Based on the proposal of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, new judges have been appointed to the Baku, Ganja, Sheki and Shirvan courts of appeal. APA reports that decisions on this were made at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.

Judges of the Baku Administrative Court Elvin Aliyev and Mehriban Garayeva, judge of the Baku Commercial Court Emin Aliyev, judges of the Binagadi District Court Gunel Abbasova and Saadat Salimova, judge of the Nasimi District Court Samad Jafarov, judge of the Yasamal District Court Murad Mammadov, judge of the Ganja City Court (deputy chairman) Tural Gojayev , Chairman of the Hajigabul District Court Zaur Huseynov were appointed judges of the Baku Court of Appeal.

Judge of the Ganja Serious Crimes Court Faig Makhmudov, judge of the Ganja City Court Mustafa Mustafayev, judge of the Yevlakh District Court Togrul Ali were appointed judges of the Ganja Court of Appeal.

In connection with the change of position, Adil Mammadov is relieved of his position as a judge of the Ganja Court of Appeal.

Judge of the Goygol District Court Eyyub Kerimov, judge of the Gabala District Court Elman Isaev, judge of the Zagatala District Court Tural Hasanov were appointed judges of the Sheki Court of Appeal.

Judge of the Fizuli District Court Yashar Gashimov, judge of the Ganja Administrative Court Fikret Huseynov, judge of the Masalli District Court Gabil Bakhmanov, judge of the Sheki District Court Parviz Hajiyev were appointed judges of the Shirvan Court of Appeal.

In connection with the change of position, Deputy Chairman of the Shirvan Court of Appeal Zaur Allahyarov, judges of the Shirvan Court of Appeal Ilkin Abdullayev and Magomed Bagirov were relieved of their positions.
