Accounts Chamber: a discrepancy of 71 million manat was identified in net financial assets

When preparing a conclusion on the draft state budget for 2024, a discrepancy of 71 million manats was identified in net financial assets. As APA-Economics reports, this was reported to the Accounts Chamber.

“It has been established that the discrepancy due to the fact that expenses for the functional classification are not planned in accordance with the unified budget classification amounts to more than 89.0 thousand manats (the same amount in the 2023 project amounted to more than 300.0 million manats), and double accounting for state budget revenues – more than 80.0 thousand manats,” added the Accounts Chamber.
