Corrupt officials are beating below a navel

In the State Duma of Russian Federation are brought draft laws providing a criminal liability for unreliable declaration of income and assets as well as additional reporting requirements of civil servants for transactions abroad.

After that is expected to adopt similar laws in Azerbaijan but with taking into account the features of mentality, according to the “MK”.
